NORTHS are searching for an enthusiastic, professional Reception & Membership Supervisor to join our fantastic team on a Full-Time basis.

What is the role?

NORTHS requires the expertise of an enthusiastic, professional Reception & Membership Supervisor to work on a permanent Full Time basis. This role will focus on supervising the reception team as well as concentrating on gaining new members and retaining existing members. You will be focused on providing five star services to customers in a welcoming and engaging manner.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining the integrity of the membership database
• General Reception and Concierge duties
• Training new employees on reception duties
• Supervise reception and concierge operations
• General administration and maintaining stock levels
• Reporting and data analysis on monthly membership figures
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Problem solving and taking ownership of the area
• Keeping up-to-date on the Club's facilities, activities, and promotions to relay to customers as required
• Cash handling and balancing monies
• Ensuring that all customers entering the club understand and uphold all policies regarding patronage

To be successful you must have:

• Great attention to detail
• Substantial experience in a customer service role
• Experience in administrative duties
• A friendly and warm demeanor that our members and customers will appreciate
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Demonstrable organisational skills
• Experience in developing and empowering teams
• Able to build relationships quickly
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.

It is desirable that you have:

• Previous experience in the hospitality sector

We are looking for a full time employee which means you must have full availability across the seven days. Our shifts span from 7am through till midnight and we are open 365 days a year so there are plenty of shifts day and night!
